Sanitary Sewers
Envirowaste’s dedicated fleet of more than 40 heavy Jet/Vac trucks are specially designed to restore your sanitary sewer system to optimal condition by thoroughly cleaning pipes, block culverts, lift stations and other assets.
Service Overview
Our trucks come equipped with a high-pressure jetter to clean pipe walls, and a powerful vacuum to remove associated debris and blockage, maximizing service flow. We also provide root cutting and grease removal services, without using corrosive chemicals. Our crews regularly clean more than four million linear feet of pipe per year.
Problem
Sanitary sewer force and gravity main lines, lift stations, box culverts and other infrastructure assets require regular removal of the algae, scum and debris that build up over time as they convey water contaminated with human waste, natural debris, and trash that finds its way into your system. Dirty pipes are inefficient, often generate foul odors, and can mask more serious problems such as surface deterioration.
Solution
Our operations managers assess the extent of cleaning required, then assemble a team of experienced, knowledgeable technicians. They are versed in best practices for safety, effectiveness and efficiency, in returning your renewed asset to productive service as quickly and affordably as possible.
Tools and Methods
Our professional technicians, trained in confined space entry and work, and fully outfitted in required PPE, will team up for safety and efficiency as they bring ultra-high pressure hoses and nozzles into the affected asset. They will survey the geometry of the structure and measure the type and extent of material to be removed, before deciding where to begin blasting away debris with our combination trucks’ high-pressure nozzles, then evacuated by their large-diameter hoses. Our team will then dispose of the resulting debris in a location you have indicated can safely and legally receive the waste material.
