EWSG is dedicated to offering excellent working conditions and competitive pay. As part of this commitment, we provide a comprehensive range of supplemental benefits to all eligible employees. Each benefit program is meticulously designed to support our team members’ well-being.

All full-time employees can participate in EWSG’s insurance programs, which offer extensive health and other insurance coverage for themselves and their families. These benefits also include generous time-off options, such as paid vacations and six paid holidays.

Our benefits package includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Group Life and Supplemental Life Insurance, and a 401k plan with company match.

Hiring Process: What You Can Expect

At EWSG, we’re proud of our meticulous and efficient hiring process. Here’s what happens next:

Application Review

Once you submit your application, our dedicated recruiter will thoroughly review it. You’ll hear back from us quickly to schedule a virtual interview. If virtual meetings aren't convenient for you, just let us know, and we’ll happily accommodate your preferences.

Initial Interview

During the virtual interview, we’ll get to know each other better and discuss your qualifications and interests.

In-Person Meeting

If the initial interview goes well, you’ll be invited to meet with our Region Manager at a field office near you. This is a great chance to learn more about our expectations and culture at EWSG.

We’re a Second Chance, Drug-Free workplace and we understand the importance of moving quickly. Our hiring process is designed to be completed within a week from the initial screening to your start date.
